Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Front Office Supervisor and lead a dynamic team of guest service agents in one of Australia’s most iconic locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily front‑office operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the resort’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring adherence to department procedures and standards.
• Oversee daily front‑office operations, including check‑in, check‑out, and guest inquiries.
• Assist in training new front‑office staff and act as a role model.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure accurate use of the Opera Property Management System.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
