Front Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team at a premier Accor hotel in Darwin. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards across all front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office activities, including guest arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
• Drive performance metrics such as RevPAR, NPS, loyalty enrolment, and upselling.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations to ensure room readiness and revenue optimisation.
• Manage lobby services, porterage, VIP guests, group arrivals, and special requests.
• Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and ensure compliance with audit procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a front office or similar customer‑service environment.
• Strong background in front office procedures and revenue management principles.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Experience managing rosters, budgets, and cost controls.
