Front Desk Associate – Community Hospitality

About the role

As a Front Desk Associate at WeWork, you will be the welcoming face of the community, providing hospitality and support to members, guests, and occasionally their pets. Working weekdays on‑site, you will collaborate closely with the Community Management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, manage check‑in procedures, and maintain the front‑desk area.
• Handle mail, packages, and key issuance for members and visitors.
• Provide orientation and information about the space, services, and policies.
• Support the Community Management team with day‑to‑day front‑desk tasks and building operations.
• Record member notes, track deliveries, and promote WeWork products and services.

Required profile

• Friendly, proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to learn and remember member names and business details.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WeWork’s internal systems for member management.
• Basic knowledge of mail and package handling procedures.
