About the role
A busy transport depot in Meadowbrook is seeking reliable and hardworking Freight Handlers / Dock Hands. The work runs Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis, with immediate start available for the right candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight and trucks
- Sorting freight accurately and efficiently
- Wrapping pallets for secure transport
- RF scanning
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all procedures
Required profile
- Current driver's licence and own transport (no learner permits)
- Punctuality and reliability
- Availability for an immediate start
- Two working references
Required skills
- Forklift experience is advantageous
- Current LF licence is advantageous
- Experience with freight handling
- RF scanning experience is beneficial
