Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to join our partner’s recruitment team on a remote basis in Australia. You will be responsible for discovering and engaging high‑quality candidates across multiple industries using innovative sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and present qualified active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends and relevant profiles.
• Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorisation before submitting candidates.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and submit candidates via the partner portal.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability and alignment with role requirements, and assist with interview scheduling when needed.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional with strong sourcing abilities and a passion for finding outstanding talent.
• Experience managing multiple searches independently and using creative sourcing approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability quickly.
