FP&A Manager

About the role

This FP&A Manager role is focused on partnering with ANZ leadership and sales teams to drive commercial decisions. You will own the full FP&A cycle, providing clear insight, strong forecasting and the confidence to challenge assumptions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial and sales leaders on performance and growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ.
• Explain revenue, margin, cost and working capital results in clear commercial terms.
• Build scenario models to support pricing, investment and growth decisions.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and aligned submissions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency through automation and better dashboards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience in a multinational or large corporate.
• Strong FP&A background with hands‑on business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast‑moving setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems.
