Founding Delivery Executive

About the role

Beam is seeking its first Delivery Executive in Australia to own day‑to‑day support, training and self‑service resources for Australian users. This entry‑level position offers a clear path to a more strategic delivery role as you grow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end user support: manage tickets, 1:1 sessions and troubleshooting to ensure users feel heard and unstuck.
• Handle account creation and onboarding so new users can start quickly.
• Run virtual training sessions to build user confidence with the product.
• Develop and maintain a useful Help Centre resource.
• Collect and triage user feedback, identify patterns and relay insights to the product team.

Required profile

• Proactive go‑getter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Fast learner comfortable with new tools, processes and people.
• Empathetic, patient and able to build trust quickly with users.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and eager to develop training skills.
• Highly organised, able to juggle live queries, training calendars and admin tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with customer or product support (preferred).
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Interest in creating simple training materials or guides.

What we offer

• Base salary A$70,000–A$85,000 per year.
• 23 days annual leave plus 3 extra days for the Christmas period and national public holidays.
• Eligibility for a 6‑week sabbatical after three years of service.
