About the role

Join the Stamford Plaza in Brisbane as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, driving 5‑star service in a vibrant, fast‑paced hotel environment. You will work closely with the F&B team to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional restaurant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing F&B team, ensuring consistent service standards across all outlets.
• Manage staff scheduling on a rotating roster, covering afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Maintain strong time‑management and attention to detail while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Current Queensland RSA and valid working rights in Australia.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Food Safety Handling Certificate (SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006).
• Experience with Micros POS system.
• Possession of a current RMLV certification (highly regarded, not essential).
