Food & Beverage Attendant – No35 Restaurant

About the role

Join the No35 dining team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will work in a vibrant, high‑end restaurant with stunning city views, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service, guiding guests through the menu and wine list.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest journey.
• Uphold responsible service practices and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Valid Victorian RSA certification.
• At least 12 months experience in a busy, quality restaurant environment.
• Previous hotel experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
