Food & Beverage Attendant - Lagoon House

About the role

Sheraton Port Douglas is looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant for its Lagoon House restaurant. This part-time position supports the restaurant service period, attends to guests and helps deliver a complete food and beverage experience. The role also covers general operational support and outlet upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and make sure all checklists are completed daily, with attention to detail
• Handle general enquiries and create guest experiences tailored to their requirements
• Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks
• Build relationships with existing and new guests so they return and book again

Required profile

• Valid RSA (restaurant safety certificate)
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiasm to grow a career, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
