Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will ensure the smooth operation of closing procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas of Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all closing duties: store reusable items, break down goods, clean equipment, return items to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock supplies, turn off lights, lock doors, and follow the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome guests, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and respond to employee concerns.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to perform physical duties and follow safety procedures.
• Good reading ability for small‑print information.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
