About the role

Join the In‑Room Dining & Mini Bar team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour and provide refined, personalised service directly to guests’ rooms. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will create memorable, five‑star experiences by delivering meals and mini‑bar items with warmth, discretion and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders over the phone and guide them through the in‑room dining menu.
• Prepare and present orders with precision, ensuring timely and elegant delivery to guest rooms.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Set up and clear trays, replenish mini‑bar supplies and keep service areas tidy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑desk teams to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Passionate, detail‑oriented professional committed to delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Polished, refined demeanour with a naturally engaging presence.
• Experience in a high‑end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
