Food & Beverage Attendant - Crown Live Theatre

About the role

Crown Live is Melbourne's newest entertainment destination, offering theatre productions, concerts, comedy shows and live entertainment events. This casual Food & Beverage Attendant role works across bars, foyers and hospitality areas, serving guests at live events and giving exposure to Crown Melbourne's premium food and beverage operations. It suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and deliver food and beverage service across bars, foyers and hospitality areas.
• Provide friendly, professional and engaging customer service to guests at a wide range of live entertainment events.
• Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked work areas during service periods.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a high-volume environment.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality, bar, events or customer service environment.
• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Availability for a minimum of three shifts per week, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
