About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant at Club Millesime will deliver refined, personalised service to Sofitel’s most discerning guests. Working within an exclusive lounge environment, you will create memorable moments through attentive hospitality, seamless coordination with the kitchen, and an in‑depth knowledge of menus and beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to VIP guests from arrival to departure.
• Maintain immaculate mise‑en‑place and ensure flawless presentation of food and drinks.
• Anticipate guest preferences and offer knowledgeable recommendations on menus, wines, and dietary options.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade and Club leadership to guarantee timely service and uphold high standards.
• Handle guest requests with discretion, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience.
