Key responsibilities

• Represent the Cairns region with professional appearance and warm hospitality.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the venue to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid background check and ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
• Reliable transport for early‑morning or late‑night shifts.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster aligned with airline timetables and peak periods.
• Relevant industry experience or culinary qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery for kitchen roles).

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures.
• Possession of an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary qualification.
