Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Spicers Hidden Vale is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead its passionate F&B team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Curate personalised guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Lead, coach and develop the Food & Beverage teams, fostering service excellence.
• Ensure health, safety and company standards are met across all outlets.
• Manage inventory, labour and operating costs to maximise profitability.
• Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and guest engagement.
• Monitor food quality, beverage service and presentation standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel or multi‑outlet venue.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labour management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire high‑performing teams.
