We’re looking for a driven, people‑first Floating Store Manager to support our Melbourne stores, using your optical industry knowledge to deliver operational and clinical success while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Hit the ground running with your optical industry knowledge to drive operational and clinical success, elevate customer experience, and consistently hit sales targets.
• Cover Store Manager leave and fill critical operational gaps across the region as the business rapidly expands.
• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer and patient experiences.
• Create a high‑energy, positive culture across every store you support.
• Partner seamlessly with Optometrists to grow both retail and clinical results.
• Run smooth, efficient operations without ever compromising on service.

Required profile

• Proven senior store management experience within the optical industry.
• Reliable transport to cover various Melbourne locations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences.
• High energy and adaptability to step into different store environments and make an instant impact.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Commercial mindset with a clear drive to achieve financial and clinical results.
