Flight Coordinator

About the role

As a Flight Coordinator you will manage private charter flights from the first enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and operators. You will work within the Charter Team, supporting both sales and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage charter requests from enquiry, quotation, booking to post‑flight reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel bookers and aircraft operators.
• Maintain an accurate operator and fleet database.
• Communicate booking changes and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Prepare flight briefs, post‑flight reports and handle client/supplier invoicing.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for clients as required.
• Travel domestically to visit clients and operators when needed.
• Assist brokers with occasional ad‑hoc tasks.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional outside‑standard business times.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulations and terminology.
• Problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with computer software used for charter bookings, communication and data management.
