Financial Services Administration Officer

About the role

Elders is looking for a Financial Services Administration Officer to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. The officer provides administrative support to help distribute, market and ensure compliance of Elders Financial Services products across the branch network, for both existing and potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out operational tasks for Financial Services products, including prepayment adjustments, deposits and third-party financier loans.
• Provide administrative support to the branch network for the distribution of Financial Services products.
• Assist in preparing management reports and maintain Financial Services intranet and internet content with Marketing.
• Support training of Elders staff in Financial Services products and help manage debtors for livestock and wool loans.
• Contribute to procedure documentation and overall knowledge management.
• Help develop and deliver the team's business plan, foster a collaborative team culture and model One Elders values.
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective and take on additional duties as required.
• Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies, report hazards and incidents and promote continual improvement.

Required profile

• Strong administration experience.
• Experience in agriculture, financial services, banking or a related industry.
• Proven customer service capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office and general PC proficiency.
• Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
