Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑paced financial services business as the FP&A Manager, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team. You will own management accounts, cash‑flow forecasting and commercial analysis, providing insights that shape decisions at C‑suite and board level.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Lead cash‑flow forecasting, treasury support and working‑capital management.
• Drive budgeting and driver‑based forecasting, and deliver profitability analysis across units and products.
• Prepare board and management reports that translate numbers into actionable insight.
• Support financial controls, governance and process improvement throughout the planning cycle.

Required profile

• CA qualified with FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash‑flow and financial reporting.
• Experience with regulatory capital or liquidity reporting is highly regarded.
• Confident communicating complex financials to senior management and board stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive and detail‑driven with a systematic approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with budgeting/consolidation platforms and cloud accounting systems.
• Comfort using AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
