Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – Brisbane or Sydney

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning through financial modelling and analysis.
• Analyse business performance, investigate variances and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance reports to support decision‑making.
• Maintain financial models and leverage tools such as Excel, Anaplan, SAP and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Analytical and commercially minded finance professional with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and performance analysis.
• Growth mindset, enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing an FP&A and business‑partnering career.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (financial modelling and data analysis).
• Exposure to Anaplan.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Exposure to Power BI.
