Financial Analyst – International Theatrical Finance

About the role

Join Amazon MGM Studios' International Theatrical Finance team as a Financial Analyst. You will help build the financial foundation for the company’s global theatrical expansion, working closely with distribution, marketing and finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the in‑territory point of contact for Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes, coordinating with Distribution, Marketing and FinOps teams.
• Support Accounts Receivable FinOps by monitoring performance, identifying variances, and providing territory‑specific insights.
• Assist the Distribution/Sales team with theater setup in the DEX system and manual entry of Box Office reports when needed.
• Maintain data integrity between the DEX booking system and downstream financial systems, and work with Cash Application on payment discrepancies.
• Monitor exhibitor accounts for credit issues and financial risk, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in month‑end close activities, reconciliations and provide training on Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• Experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts payable/receivable or general ledger.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across multiple teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce (CRM) experience.
