Financial Accountant

About the role

Bluestone is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to maintain financial records, manage Accounts Payable and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. You will support decision‑making through fiscal analysis, reporting and optimisation of economic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Review financial documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and annual financial reports.
• Review and process vendor invoices and commission payments.
• Provide timely financial information to stakeholders and contribute to the organisation’s financial health.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated finance professional with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate financial reporting.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge to analyse data, solve problems and support decision‑making.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with NetSuite accounting system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
