Finance Summer Intern – 2026/27 Program

About the role

The 2026/27 Finance Summer Intern program at ANZ provides a hands‑on introduction to the bank’s Enterprise Finance function. Over an eight‑week period you will work alongside experienced finance professionals and gain exposure to the full range of finance activities that support one of Australia’s largest banks.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through one of several finance departments such as Financial Control, Financial Performance Management, Finance Systems, Data and Innovation, Finance Operational Risk and Governance, Business Partnering, Group Tax or Group Treasury.
• Assist in delivering accurate financial information and statutory reporting.
• Support the development and maintenance of finance systems and data‑driven reporting tools.
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Participate in risk and governance activities related to finance operations.
