Finance Partner – Operations

About the role

Hilton Foods Asia Pacific is seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Business Partner – Operations to support decision‑making across the business. You will work closely with Operations and Finance teams, providing analysis, validating business cases and strengthening financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver insightful monthly financial reports and support group profit goals through business case creation, validation and post‑implementation reviews.
• Assist in developing group and customer budgets, lead the annual SIP reset for Packaging and Ingredients, and monitor ongoing SIP impact.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, PMO and Transformation teams to drive value creation and ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial finance role within a large, complex FMCG organisation.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and interpretative skills, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multi‑level relationships.
