Finance Operations & Compliance Manager – Remote

About the role

The Finance Operations & Compliance Manager will lead the finance, compliance and treasury functions for two international entities of PRIME PMG. Reporting to the Co‑founder, the role is fully remote and requires establishing robust operational finance processes and ensuring corporate governance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group banking relationships, treasury activities, foreign exchange requirements and intercompany transactions, and prepare regular treasury and management reports.
• Oversee compliance administration, including regulatory deadlines, record‑keeping, documentation and escalation of potential risks.
• Establish and maintain best‑practice vendor and contract management processes, handling onboarding, due diligence, performance monitoring and insurance renewals.
• Coordinate corporate administration, including governance, entity records, filings and company secretarial duties, and produce compliance and insurance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations, treasury management and intercompany accounting.
• Experience managing compliance programs and meeting regulatory deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor onboarding, contract administration and performance monitoring.
• Strong capability to prepare and present management reports on treasury, compliance and intercompany balances.
