Finance Manager – Multi‑Entity Role in Manufacturing

About the role

This Finance Manager position is based in Wetherill Park, NSW and supports a subsidiary of a global manufacturing business. You will own month‑end reporting across multiple entities and act as a finance business partner to sales and operations during a period of integration and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full month‑end reporting for several entities on a stand‑alone basis.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to provide decision support, cost analysis and financial insights.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash‑flow reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
• Support divisional budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi‑entity environment, preferably within manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to sites and work on‑site to build stakeholder relationships.
