Finance Manager – Development Finance

About the role

Levande is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong background in property development finance to support the financial success of its expanding portfolio of retirement living communities across Australia. You will work closely with Development, Property and Finance teams to influence investment decisions and ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review development feasibility models, cash‑flow forecasts and investment analyses.
• Support project funding, capital deployment and capital‑raising decisions.
• Monitor development cash‑flows, project costs and Assets Under Construction.
• Deliver month‑end reporting and financial control activities to enable sound commercial decisions.
• Identify and implement automation and continuous‑improvement opportunities for financial models and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated development finance experience within the Australian property or construction sector.
• Proven ability to partner directly with Development or Property teams on active projects.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong financial control experience, including end‑to‑end month‑end reporting.
