Finance Business Partner – Senior Finance Leader

About the role

Join a well‑established FMCG organisation as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to provide commercial insight and financial leadership for a large manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insight across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, HR and production planning.
• Partner with senior operational stakeholders to review performance, support strategic direction and influence decisions.
• Lead the monthly site accounting close, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting.
• Oversee standard product costing, new product development, variants and line extensions.
• Manage annual budgets, monthly forecasting and CAPEX planning, including project approval documentation.
• Ensure financial control, integrity and accuracy of site finance and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Senior finance experience within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven track record partnering with senior operational stakeholders in a production environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
