About the role
Join DKSH's ANZ Consumer Goods division as a Finance Business Partner supporting the Lifestyles, Beauty and Wellness (LBW) category. You will own the full financial value chain and partner with sales, marketing and operations to drive profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage revenue, gross profit, EBIT, working capital, inventory and cash flow for the LBW business.
- Lead analysis of trade spend, ROI, COGS, inventory management and cash flow.
- Present financial insights to senior stakeholders and support strategic negotiations.
- Own budgeting, monthly forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives such as automation, Power BI reporting and advanced forecasting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 7+ years of commercial finance or FP&A experience in FMCG/beauty, retail or distribution.
- Professional qualification such as CA ANZ, CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong judgement, ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure.
