  • Systems and admin (20%): day-to-day administrative operations across CRM, IT, email and filing systems, and HR administration and annual insurance renewals.
  • Strategic and CEO support (10%): annual budgets, board and management reports, project forecasts and business system and process improvements.

Required profile

  • Qualifications in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management or business operations, and in the not-for-profit or charity sector.
  • Experience with end-of-month reconciliation, reports, BAS and audit preparation.
  • Knowledge of ACNC compliance, DGR and PBI structures and ATO obligations.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers and dates, and a collaborative, teachable attitude in a small team.
  • Personal alignment with the organisation's values, including an active Christian faith.
