About the role
The Finance Analyst & Reporting South Pacific will drive financial reporting rigor, governance, and commercial support across South Pacific markets, combining technical reporting with business partnering.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis across key South Pacific countries and partner with local managers for forecasts and budgets.
- Own month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting schedules, prepare consolidated financial packages, management reports and variance commentary.
- Identify and implement process improvements to harmonise reporting frameworks and drive automation using AI for reporting templates and dashboards.
- Execute ad‑hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling and bundle tracking to support business decisions.
Required profile
- University degree with CA or CPA qualifications (or in progress).
- 2‑3 years of commercial experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills.
