Finance Administrator - Precast Business

About the role

ACCIONA is recruiting a Finance Administrator to support the daily financial and administrative operations of its specialist precast business on a major Queensland rail project. The role covers payables, receivables and month-end support within the precast team.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily financial and administrative operations for the precast business
• Manage invoices, expenses and payment documentation according to internal procedures
• Support accounts payable and receivable and follow up with suppliers
• Maintain and update financial records, databases and filed documentation
• Collaborate on monthly closings and reporting with other teams
• Track budgets and expenses to support cost control
• Support audits and information requests in line with financial policies

Required profile

• Experience in finance administration, payables or receivables
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance (desirable)
• Construction or infrastructure project experience is desirable
