Film and Content Intern

About the role

Wedded Wonderland, a global destination wedding brand, is running an internship program for film students. It is moving beyond simple social media clips into a full cinematic pipeline, starting on YouTube and aiming at premium episodic content with recurring characters and plotlines. The intern gets hands-on production experience in a working studio and office.

Key responsibilities

• Get hands-on production experience filming real content in a working studio and office, not just on occasional shoot days.
• Develop and pitch original scripts and series concepts, then see them move into production.
• Work across cinematic shoot days, interviews and narrative-style content, not just quick-turnaround social clips.
• Learn the end-to-end pipeline, from concept and script to shoot, edit and release.
• Build a portfolio of produced, published work across a major global brand's channels.

Required profile

• Film, media or production students who think in shots, story and pacing.
• Someone who wants to build, not just observe, and who brings ideas and pushes to get them made.
• Comfortable with camera operation, filming technique and efficient on-set movement.
• Understanding of how a shoot day runs and what is needed to support it.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, audio gear and on-set kit.
• Shot composition and framing beyond standard coverage.
• Lighting setups for interviews and narrative scenes.
• Color grading and sound design and music selection.
• Storyboarding and shot listing, editing for narrative flow, directing talent and subjects on camera.
