FIFO Logistics Officer – Pilbara (HR & Forklift Licences)

About the role

Linfox is seeking motivated FIFO Logistics Officers to support its Resources and Industrial business in the WA Pilbara region. Working on an 8/6 roster, you will combine driving and warehousing tasks to move and process freight on mine sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general warehousing duties including picking, packing and inventory checks using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Safely load, secure and restrain freight with straps and chains.
• Transport mining freight around customer mine sites to meet production demands.
• Adhere to Linfox safety standards and COR requirements at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated history of safe work practices.
• Willingness to be mobilised across different Pilbara locations on short notice.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
• Experience working in the Pilbara or similar remote mining environments.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (LF required).
• HR licence or certification.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in load restraint techniques.
