FIFO Bus Driver – 14/7 Roster in Brisbane

About the role

Sodexo is seeking a permanent full‑time Bus Driver for a FIFO operation based in Brisbane, Queensland. You will provide safe, comfortable passenger transport across the region while also supporting essential site utilities and general maintenance tasks when not driving.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely on varied road conditions, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
• Deliver passenger services on a 14‑day on, 7‑day off roster with 11‑hour shifts.
• Assist with site utilities, general support duties, and manual handling tasks when not driving.
• Follow all safety procedures, transport regulations, and site protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Hold a valid Australian Driver Licence.
• Possess a mandatory MR, HR, or MC licence with an H endorsement.
• Demonstrate strong passenger handling skills and professionalism.
• Physically fit to work long, active shifts and handle manual tasks.
• Ability to work in remote environments and endure extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain a recent National Police Check and pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
