Field Service Technician – Mobile Equipment

About the role

As a Field Service Technician you will join Komatsu’s Bunbury branch to deliver high‑quality service and repairs for Komatsu construction and quarry mobile equipment across the Bunbury and South‑West WA region. The role involves on‑site work at client locations, occasional overnight travel and a Monday‑to‑Friday roster with optional Saturday overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a range of Komatsu excavators, loaders, dozers and related mobile plant.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment complies with safety standards.
• Provide prompt, professional customer support and technical advice to clients.
• Travel to remote sites as required and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on job completion.

Required profile

• Mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction or quarry mobile equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to strict safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work in remote locations.
