Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment

About the role

Komatsu Australia is hiring a Field Service Technician in Geraldton to maintain construction and mining heavy equipment for its regional clients in Geraldton and the Midwest. You will work on various sites as needed and act as a Komatsu machine expert, with training provided. The role suits someone who enjoys a small, close-knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain construction and mining heavy equipment for Geraldton and Midwest regional clients
• Work on various sites as required
• Act as a Komatsu machine expert, supported by training

Required profile

• Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
• Previous experience servicing and maintaining heavy earthmoving machinery
• Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
• High standard of customer service while promoting Komatsu products and services
• Commitment to HSE, demonstrating safe behaviour at all times
• Based in or willing to relocate to Geraldton
