Field Service Engineer (Level 1)

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Level 1 Field Service Engineer to join its Western Australia service team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining digital printing equipment at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective servicing by analysing and rectifying equipment issues on‑site.
• Carry out preventative maintenance visits according to scheduled plans.
• Commission new equipment installations and verify proper operation.
• Document service activities and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation during service calls.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in equipment service, preferably with colour copiers or printers in a networked environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to follow technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check.
• Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
