About the role
Cummins is hiring Field Service Diesel Mechanics for its Muswellbrook branch in the Hunter region. The team specialises in heavy vehicle service, repairs and maintenance for high-horsepower mining and industrial applications. You will travel to mining customers and deliver a first-class service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class service to mining customers as a travelling Field Service Technician
- Perform breakdown and preventative tasks
- Support the new Tier 4 HHP engines after completing full Cummins technical training
Required profile
- Relevant trade qualification (Plant or Heavy Commercial Vehicle / Heavy Diesel)
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience as a Diesel Mechanic servicing heavy diesel products, mining equipment and engines is preferred
- Ability to work a 5 on 4 off day/night shift rotation
