Field Sales Representative – Perth CBD

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative (also known as a Striker) to own a defined territory in Perth CBD. You will be responsible for driving product distribution, ensuring perfect‑store standards, and building strong relationships with retail and convenience partners.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a geographical patch, meeting sales targets and execution metrics.
• Visit and service independent, corporate grocery and P&C accounts on a regular schedule.
• Increase distribution width and depth, securing cold‑can and cashier placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and new‑business leads.
• Implement Perfect Store standards and execute promotional displays during key periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; FMCG background preferred.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and commercial awareness.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid full driver’s licence and proficient English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
