Field Sales Representative – Café Collaborator

About the role

We are looking for a Café Collaborator who will grow the presence of MILKLAB across cafés on the Sunshine Coast. In this customer‑facing position you will build relationships with café owners and baristas, showcase our plant‑based products and drive sales through sampling and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas and key stakeholders in your territory.
• Promote MILKLAB by offering coffee‑paired samples and highlighting product features and benefits.
• Provide MILKLAB‑branded gifts and collateral to thank customers for their support.
• Plan and manage weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling follow‑ups, inquiries and issue resolution promptly.
• Gather and report market insights, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision‑makers.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High levels of energy, resilience and persistence in achieving goals.
• Creative thinker who can present ideas that add value for customers.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing, sales or hospitality role is highly regarded.
