Field Sales Manager – NSW & ACT

About the role

The LEGO Group is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead its Field Sales Representatives and Merchandisers across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. You will shape a collaborative culture, drive sales performance, and ensure the LEGO brand is represented to the highest standard in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and safety‑first environment.
• Recruit, train and develop Field Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
• Implement head‑office planograms, promotions and merchandising standards (MTS) in major and independent accounts.
• Collect market intelligence on retailers, toy suppliers and competitors and report to internal stakeholders.
• Manage retailer relationships, motivate store contacts, and coordinate head‑office visits.
• Develop and communicate business plans, support financial acumen and ensure state compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or field teams, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong coaching, performance‑review and development‑plan skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales tools for order entry, customer updates and reporting.
