Field Division Manager

About the role

The Field Division Manager will lead one of FMS Group's key operational divisions, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery of field services across our customer base. This senior position combines operational oversight with people development and strong customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational and financial performance of the Field Division.
• Develop, coach and support supervisors and field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Ensure safe execution of all field operations.
• Manage divisional budgets, KPIs and profitability.
• Identify business development opportunities and support sustainable growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operational or field service teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Current driver licence (required).
• Trade qualification is desirable.
