We are looking for a Festive Casual Sales Assistant to join our Chermside boutique and deliver memorable customer experiences during the busiest season. The casual role runs from the start of November 2026 to the end of January 2027, with shifts available on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, premium customer service.
• Help customers find coffees, machines and gifts.
• Share product knowledge with confidence.
• Keep the boutique looking its best.
• Support your team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Availability from the start of November 2026 to the end of January 2027.
• Weekend and public holiday availability.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
• A warm, engaging approach to customers.
• Reliability, flexibility and positive team energy.
