About the role
Join Nespresso’s Emporium Boutique in Melbourne for a festive, seasonal role that runs from early November to late January. As a Festive Casual Sales Assistant you will help create memorable moments for customers during the busiest time of the year, blending coffee expertise with holiday energy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, premium customer service to boutique visitors.
- Assist customers in finding coffees, machines and gift items.
- Share product knowledge confidently.
- Maintain the boutique’s appearance and merchandising standards.
- Support the team in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Required profile
- Availability from the start of November 2026 through the end of January 2027.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
- A warm, engaging approach to customers.
- Reliability, flexibility and positive team energy.
