About the role
Bring festive energy to our premium coffee boutique in Indooroopilly. As a Festive Casual Sales Assistant you will help create memorable customer moments during the busy holiday season.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, premium customer service.
- Assist customers in finding coffees, machines and gifts.
- Share product knowledge confidently.
- Maintain the boutique’s appearance and presentation.
- Support the team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Availability from October 2026 to end of January 2027, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
- A warm, engaging approach to customers.
- Reliability, flexibility and positive team energy.
