Fast Food Team Leader – Dine-In

About the role

Join The Yiros Shop as a Fast Food Team Leader at our Jindalee restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure a high‑standard dining experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant to a high standard.
• Lead, support and train team members, including junior staff.
• Monitor store performance, meet KPIs and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare food, operate deep fryer and grill, and maintain food safety standards.
• Handle cash, operate the register and keep the restaurant clean.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast‑food or hospitality.
• Natural leader who can motivate and support a team.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays.
