A highly regarded family law firm in Townsville is looking for an experienced Family Lawyer to join its team. The role handles a diverse caseload and offers continuous learning, mentorship and access to modern legal technology.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance and domestic violence cases
• Build strong client relationships and represent clients in court
• Collaborate with other professionals on cases

Required profile

• 3-5 years of post-admission experience in family law
• Proven expertise in handling complex family law cases
• In-depth knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
• Exceptional client service skills
• Proactive, innovative approach to legal problem-solving and ability to work in a team

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
