Family Lawyer

About the role

D'Angelo Legal is seeking an enthusiastic Family Lawyer to join its growing practice in West Leederville. You will work closely with the Head of Family Law, an experienced paralegal, and a multidisciplinary team, handling client matters from initial consultation through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage family law cases, including client intake, court appearances, and file administration.
• Provide high‑quality client service, setting and maintaining expectations throughout each matter.
• Collaborate occasionally with the Commercial Litigation team for varied legal work.
• Brief independent counsel when required and utilise firm precedents and research resources.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience practising family law.
• Legal Practice Certificate and current Law Society membership.
• Strong client management and communication abilities.
• Willingness to support litigation work as needed.
